Presumptions in custody and child support have been the subject of debate and confusion. In this session a variety of speakers will explore the presumptions that are currently codified in statute or recognized in the law. They will also discuss how such presumptions are applied and rebutted in different settings, including in litigation, by the court, in evaluations, and in mediation/ADR settings.
