This session will provide details of the collaborative process for family law cases as an alternative to traditional divorce/family court options.

In this workshop, attendees will:
- Learn how to gauge what makes client an appropriate fit for the collaborative process;
- Learn how this process can support complex family circumstances; and
- Receive an update on the Uniform Collaborative Law Act, recently submitted to the Missouri legislature.
