MO-AFCC Webinar
The Missouri Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (MO-AFCC)
Family Law and COVID-19:
Confronting Fear and New Rules to the Game
Friday, April 3, 2020 - 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
Pre-registration is required - registration is now closed.
Note: Due to the short notice for this program, MO-AFCC cannot ensure continuing education credit will be secured for all professionals.
Join us to learn more about how to deal in a positive way with clients and peers who be may unable to hear good advice or may seem irrational in the current climate.
We will also foster a conversation with practitioners and judges regarding the challenging questions and issues being raised by parents and parties about policies concerning custody, exchanges, quarantines, social distancing, home schooling and the maze of difficult financial issues arising from this unusual and difficult new environment. As a service to our state and our community, the MO-AFCC hopes this dialogue will support practitioners dealing with difficult work and establish a foundation for consistency and predictability in policy in our state while we all try to respond to COVID-19.
Please submit your questions in advance to [email protected].
